Policies
Payment Types
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card at our offices before or at the time of your service. Checks should be made to “Optimal Function & Wellness”.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel online or notify us by phone 24-hours in advance by calling the specific office where you are booked. Cancellations with less than 24-hr advanced notice will be charged 100% for the missed session (excludes emergencies).
